About Celebree Learning CentersRichard Huffman is the founder and President of Celebree Learning Centers. Having grown up in the business, Richie has an extensive lifelong background in the child care industry. He was first inspired to begin his venture in the business by his mother, who owns three learning centers of her own. It is Richie’s mission to provide high-quality educational child care to the communities he serves. When he is exploring different communities and identifies a need for quality child care and preschool services, it becomes his mission to see that it is done. With many challenges along the way, whether with real estate, hiring and developing top talent, or licensing issues, he faces all challenges head-on, with a total hands-on approach. In 2007 Celebree opened five new centers. The flux of openings provided many challenges and his hands-on approach, along with a primary focus to hire top talent, gave Celebree the edge needed to accomplish the openings practically flawlessly. On a weekly basis Richie commits himself to visiting multiple locations to provide guidance, insight, and a professional coaching to his team of employees. He is available to all levels within his organization and communicates freely, and often, with Celebree families, to make sure that their voice is heard and that Celebree provides them with the support and level of quality care and education they seek. Richie dedicates himself to the Celebree communities and is actively involved and contributes to local and national organizations that protect children and value the importance of education. Most children under the age of six live in households where both parents work. This number increases at a rapid pace every year. Knowing the growing need and challenge parents face everyday to find quality child care and education for their children, Richard Huffman developed an approach to the business and industry to exceed the expectations of the families. Success in this industry is measured by continued enrollment, happy and educated children, and satisfied parents. Richie’s business model starts with the mission to hire teachers that are dedicated and committed to the success of our children, in every way. Richie understands the education obstacle of hiring and retaining quality teachers and the business model he put in place gives Celebree the differentiating edge to hire and retain the best. The plan gives the Celebree teacher the tools he/she needs to be successful by providing them with an exceptional educational environment, excellent training, above industry compensation, and the opportunity to continue their education. The second primary differentiator and phase to the business model is in providing quality early education that guarantees each Celebree child is prepared for kindergarten—paving their way to lifelong educational success. Celebree institutes a solid foundation for learning, beginning at 6 weeks of age with our Infant and Toddler Program through to age 12, with our School-Age Program, Hot Spots. The Hot Spots Program is another primary differentiator, designed specifically for the uniqueness of the older child to encourage creativity, exploration, and imagination through long-term interactive projects.
