The Kikani Family chose to venture into an early childcare franchise with Celebree as it allows them to pursue their entrepreneurial passions while honoring family values & serving their community.
Vinod Kikani has business ownership and management experience of 25 years since 1998 owning and operating a Diamond trading business in NYC. He ran that until 2008 when he got first into franchise industry. He bought a Best Western Hotel in Navasota, TX. He sold it in 2015 focusing on other ventures. He has phenomenal experience for evaluating and acquiring prime real-estate opportunities for investing and developing. He successfully developed projects like a Self-Storage facility and a Shopping center in Southwest Houston. He has partnerships with an Urban Air facility in Austin TX, as well as another Best Western in San Antonio. He also establishes and maintains strong relationship with Investors, Contractors, Local Authorities and Community Members.He conducts in-depth financial analysis and due diligence on potential investment opportunities, assessing risks and returns to inform investment decisions.
Parth is accomplished real estate executive with a distinguished career by demonstrating proficiency in all aspects of self-storage facility construction and operations and extensive experience in the development, and management of the shopping center. He has a track record of optimizing occupancy rates and revenue streams. He proved his abilities to drive profitability through strategic planning, meticulous project management, and a keen understanding of market dynamics along-with negotiating favorable terms, and creating vibrant, profitable retail spaces. He has strong background in cultivating positive relationships with tenants, fostering a collaborative environment that contributes to tenant satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Parth has degree in Bachelors of Small Business Management from University of Houston, TX.
Krishna moved to USA from India in October 2021 after graduating with 3.7 GPAs in Biotechnology and 3.8 in MBA Marketing. She has extensive experience with brand management and fashion design. She ran her own label of clothes in India with great success having gone to multiple fashion exhibitions with her work. Since moving to USA she has become a Real Estate Agent and was selling homes within the first month of getting a license. A successful professional with a focus on customer satisfaction, skilled in property valuation, market analysis, and negotiation. She is now ready to take on a new challenge with Celebree School and it will be her first small business venture bringing a diverse skill set, strong work ethic, and a commitment to contributing positively to a new work environment. A quick learner with a determination to leverage international experiences to enhance professional contributions. Her goal is to contribute diverse perspectives and actively seeking opportunities for professional growth and development.
