Hi, I’m Rachel, School Director at Celebree School of Eldersburg, and I’m proud to have been with Celebree since 2011. I’m passionate about early childhood education because of the very real opportunity make an impact on young lives and influence future generations. The early years are the most important years of development, and I feel honored to lead that growth, offering the children vital skills and values that they will carry with them for the rest of their lives. I hold an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Family Science with a focus on child and youth.
I chose a career with Celebree because of the overwhelming support and opportunities that were given to me from day one. I knew it was a place where I could “Grow Big”, and over the years I’ve worked my way from preschool and school age teacher, to Support Manager, to Assistant Director, and up to my current position as Director. I’m proud to have been awarded Assistant Director of the Year in 2019, and Director of the Year in 2021. Having these titles has really helped me grow into an effective coach in developing my teachers and helping them see their potential. My goal is to support my staff in any way I can, helping them actualize that potential and grow with Celebree in the same way I did. I’m so proud to welcome you to our school!
