At Celebree School of Fort Mill-Patricia Lane, we are proud to partner with South Carolina’s ABC Voucher Program and 4K First Steps Program to provide high-quality programs to all families. These programs help eligible working families by providing financial assistance with child care costs, so every child can thrive in a nurturing, educational environment.

The ABC Voucher Program, also known as the South Carolina Child Care Scholarship Program, is managed by the South Carolina Department of Social Services (DSS). This program provides financial assistance to eligible families to support covering the cost of child care.
Celebree School of Fort Mill-Patricia Lane is a proud to be an ABC-Quality Rated Program. This means that families who apply for childcare scholarships through the state, will have access to our high quality childcare.

Access Free Pre-Kindergarten through the 4K First Steps Program
At Celebree School of Fort Mill-Patricia Lane, we work with the state to provide free pre-kindergarten to families that are eligible to ensure we are setting up children for kindergarten success! Families may be eligible for additional benefits such as child care scholarships through the South Carolina Department of Social Services (DSS), which can cover additonal care for the enrolled child as well as siblings they may have.

Key Differences Between ABC and 4K First Steps Programs
- Available to eligible families for all age groups in our school
- Covers a part of tuition, while families must pay the remainder (coverage can vary depending on eligibility)
- Breakfast and an afternoon snack are provided by the school while families must send. a home-packed lunch (this is consistent throughout the school whether or not you have vouchers)
- Available to eligible families for pre-kindergarten aged children ONLY
- Covers 100% of tuition costs
- Wrap-around care for a full day (before and after school hours) can be covered by ABC vouchers
- Siblings of 4K students can be enrolled under the ABC vouchers which can cover part of their sibling’s tuition costs
